A “One Percenter” in the Midst of the “99 Percent”!
I read an article this morning on Forbes.com and just had to blog about it. Regardless of where you stand on this current hot issue, some very interesting insights are revealed. This article details the visit of billionaire Jeff Greene as he visits the Occupy Wall Street encampment. He details in his own words what he found and what his impressions of the movement/protest are. Mr. Greene ran as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate for the state of Florida against Kendrick Meek, who beat Greene and eventually lost the election to Senator Marco Rubio last year. If you are like me and don’t feel like you have your thumb on the pulse of what this is all about, perhaps this will shed further light in your attempt at understanding the dynamics of this protest.
