Donnie Mac's Restaurant Closes The Doors!
According to local reports, our favorite “trailer park cuisine” restaurant will close the doors in 2 Days! Donnie Mac’s was established in 2005 by Hidden Springs neighbor Donnie MacKenzie. I actually met Donnie at a neighborhood function before trying the restaurant in 2008. I was impressed by the quality of the food but especially the service and demeanor of the staff. Over the years I have probably had most of the items available on the menu but must confess…it is the Mac & Cheese that I am going to miss the most!
